Dit is een plattelandsadres puur sang. Groen zijn de weilanden, de bossen, en groen is de weelderige tuin van deze vroegere bloemisterij. Voor wie op zoek is naar rust, comfort, een gemoedelijke sfeer, en houdt van wandel- en fietstochten. Niets doet vermoeden dat men zich op een boogscheut van Gent bevindt. De gastenkamers van deze fietsvriendelijke B&B (met fietshuur) zijn ondergebracht in een bijgebouw met aparte ingang. Leuke extra is de privaatsauna en het bubbelbad.

My partner and I received our one night stay as a treat and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. 't Groene Genoegen is within 10 km driving distance from Ghent. After a warm welcome we were led into a common room equipped with a library and local guides, very useful! Our room (4 in total), which was spacious, very clean and tasteful had a superb view of a large garden. Sunshine allowed us to enjoy a large breakfast on the outside terrace. It was well presented whilst using quality local, fresh produce. A pure delight! Our hostess Brigit did an excellent job and her attentive service added an extra touch to our perfect stay. There is also a possibility to use a sauna and bubble bath. t' Groene Genoegen is ideal for couples, families, business, solos...

This nicely located B&B on the Belgian country-side is a true gem... The house, the beds, the rooms and last but not least the hosts Birgit & Tom. Love is being put into this accommodation, it is obvious. Only the best for the guests ... when it comes to the rooms' and facilities but also the fabulous breakfast (local quality and organic products, freshly squeezed orange juice!! etc.), its beautiful presentation and the professional but warm & personal service. I have visited quite a few high end hotels as well as B&B's around the world and this is just top! Keep it up lovely Birgit!
