Gezellig hotel met familiekamers (2-3-4 personen) waar je ook gastronomisch kan tafelen. Gelegen in het centrum van Koksijde dichtbij zee, op 20 m van het strand. Chef Noël en gastvrouw Isabelle heten je welkom. Private parking naast hotel.

"One block from the beach - noisy tram & traffic noise outside front of hotel"
Close to beach and town center. Very friendly owners. Comfortable beds. Priced right for close beach location, but still more than vacation rentals all over town. Family room had two...
Close to beach and town center. Very friendly owners. Comfortable beds. Priced right for close beach location, but still more than vacation rentals all over town. Family room had two rooms, so kids could be separate. Hotel is really one block from beach facing opposite of beach on main street through town. No beach views, just street. Tram stop is right outside and lots of street noise on front side of hotel....even bar noise and people talking outside at 4am....not for light sleepers but nice to people watch during the day. Hotel is worn and needs updating...70 and 80s era creaky old rooms and doors. Old shower and accordian door doesn't close to bathroom, so no privacy in the family room. Parking can be a challenge and hotel sometimes doesn't have room...also costs 10 euro a day. Park at casino for 8 euro a day. Breakfasts are just like the photo....very good.
