"Boutique Hotel..."
After 5 days of camping this is exactly the kind of hotel you want to stay in. I found a deal on Groupon for the Saint Sauveur and ended up paying half price for a 3 night stay. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 2 minute walk to the beach front. Our room was beautiful with one of the biggest bathrooms I've ever seen. Everywhere was clean and the buffet breakfast was lovely, with fresh pastries, meat, cheese, fruit and a selection of beverages to choose from including champers, what more could you want. The pool could get a little crowded as it's only small but the jacuzzi and sauna make up for it.

"Noisy"
The hotel is located close to the shops and the casino. The hotel is very modern and clean. My room was clean white, but a little bit small. The hotel is near a barstreet i think, so it was sometimes very noisy during the night. The hotel discripes his self as a design hotel( with high prices) but it's not worth it. The swimmingpool is good.

"Great hotel for design & gastronomy lovers"
I stayed at the Belgian coast for 3 days with my wife and doughter last week, and had a wonderful stay in this hotel. We had booked a normal room, but upgraded to a suite. It was on the corner of the third floor. We were somewhat disappointed the hotel didn't have a proper own restaurant, but the restaurant of the hotel (in the same building) was way better than we could imagine. A very creative kitchen, leaning towards gastronomy. We took some kind of surprise course, and a surprise it was! In most restaurants of this level, you pay double the price. The room was excellent, too. Very spacious, white design furniture and all facilities (flatscreen, minibar, massage bath) one expects from a four star hotel. Parking was a bit difficult. We rented a parking from the hotel, but it was an approx. 80 meter walk to the hotel (parking is not in the same building, but in another street around the corner). The beach is nearby, but we also made a trip to Knokke and Bruges (both approx. 15 minutes driving). We will definitely book again in this hotel when we stay at the Belgian coast. There were some minor issues, but with its beautiful rooms and excellent food we can only recommend this nice hotel.

"Staff problem..."
The hotel itself is quite nice, with spacious rooms. The materials in the rooms are not that luxury like old TV, DVD player eventhough they profile every room with a plasma. The swimming pool is realy small, jaccuzi was broke. After half an hour there were quite a lot of people in the pool. There was more place in our bath then in the pool itself. The food in the bistro was quite nice but the staff is very unprofessional. In the room, there was an invitation to have a glass of "cava" when you visit the bistro as visitor. Nobody asked us to have this glass even when we told them that we had made a reservation via our room number. Then we had to wait 15 minutes before they came to ask what to drink, eventhough there were only 5 other tables of guests. Then after 30 minutes we received our drinks and had to wait another 15 minutes before they came to ask what to drink. Then we asked if the table next to us were eating chicken, and in a very rude way the staff said "yes". After 45 minutes we received a totally different meal. When we asked for the bill and booking it on the room, we receveid the answer that this is not possible as we needed to inform them in the beginning of the dinner. The breakfast was quite nice but no bread was available anymore even 1 hour before closure of the buffet. Then they came to ask whihc table would like to have some more, and they went to the bakery in the same street for getting some more??? Parking is €15.- per night for an open air place without security. In our opinion, they are having a hotel that could be nice if the staff are well trained and a little bit more friendly. Besides if we pay €200.- for one night, we expect some more... They will not see us again...
