We've been to this hotel for 3 persons, 3 days in July 2010 and had booked two rooms (one single and one double) with full board. When we arrived at Friday afternoon 3pm, our first impression was already a bad one. They didn't gave us a warm 'welcome', but instead the first thing we heard was that the studios weren't ready (At 3pm?). But we had booked the rooms and not the studios so there was no problem... BUT next thing they told us was that we already lost one meal because we didn't call off before lunchtime. We were a bit surprised because we looked it up and it was never mentioned in one of the reservation forms... We tried to have an extra meal on Sunday in stead of this one... but they wouldn't argue with us... No meal... Then we wanted to go to our room, and it appears to be the wrong room, we had a single bedroom instead of a double... No problem, we could switch with our other friend. But yet, not very professional. Next thing that amased us was the very very basic room, not at all a 4-star hotel... rather 2... But okay, we could live with that. Then we went to the supper, and it seems to be very poor... not to speak of the timegrid: at 7o'clock and everybody has to have supper at the same time and you didn't have a choice of menu. I even mentioned one day in advance at the reception that I had allergy for fish, but they were forgotten (twice)... and so I ended up with nothing... The kitchenpeople tried to make it up to me with some fried cheese things, but everybody else had already eaten by the time I got my plate. That day we went also to the beach, so our room was a bit sandy, but it wasn't cleaned the next day or the day after. It was getting dirtier and dirtier... If it was not yet enough of the problems we had, the rooms appeared to be also very noisy, the windows weren't very soundproof, so we heard everyone talking/walking/laughing in the streets in the middle of the night and top of the bill the elevator made and awfull 'pingping'-sound (our room wasn't located near the elevator!). We had seen on our reservationforms that we had to check out a 9am on the last day, but because we thought that was very early, we asked the reception to do a late checkout. I even offered to pay more, if we could stay till 10 or 11am. But that also, wasn't negotiatable... So, would I recommend it??? No.
